Appointments

For best results, your RTT journey is offered as a package and includes the following appointments. Please note that appointments are not billed separately and are invoiced as a complete package.

1. Initial RTT Consult Call – 30 to 45 minutes

The initial consult call is an opportunity for us to connect and chat about the habits, behaviours and beliefs that are holding you back, and how you would like your life to look and feel moving forward – your ideal ‘magic wand’ outcome.

2. RTT Hypnotherapy Session (in person or online via Zoom) up to 120 minutes

Please make this appointment at least 48 hours after your Initial Consult Call

The RTT Session digs deep into the experiences, beliefs, and stories that are at the root cause of your issue. The session incorporates a combination of effective hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and relaxation techniques. During the session we review your past, re-frame your mindset, and give you positive suggestions to move forward with.

3. First Follow Up Coaching Call – 30 minutes

Please make this appointment 7 – 14 days after your RTT Hypnotherapy Session

This is the first of two follow up coaching calls that are included in your RTT package. During the call we will reflect on your progress following the RTT session and discuss useful strategies for integration of new beliefs, habits and behaviours into your present and future.

4. Second Follow Up Coaching Call – 30 minutes

Please make this appointment four weeks after your RTT Hypnotherapy Session

This is final coaching call included in your RTT package. During the call we will reflect on your progress following the RTT session and your first coaching call. Again we will discuss useful strategies for integration of new beliefs, habits and behaviours into your present and future.
